Our Story & Mission

I grew up with nothing and nobody. I had to be reserved because when the wrong people find out, it can be used against you. You can become victimised, targeted, shunned, and pushed to the side. They’ll mistreat you, manipulate you, isolate you, turn people against you, and make you feel worthless.

As the eldest child in my very small family, I felt immense pressure to be a good role model and show others how to live virtuously and righteously. I have been burned and burned again. I have hundreds of knives in my back. I have battle scars you can’t see and wounds that won't ever heal. I have been gaslit, scapegoated, outcast, and ridiculed at the expense of next to nothing.

When you have nobody to look up to, come from the bottom, and have nobody to look down on, you see everyone as equal. I didn’t have strong boundaries; I just thought that this is how life is for everyone. I understand everyone has their individual struggles, but nobody should be subject to complete and utter mistreatment from those in trusted positions.

I never gave up. I'm far from perfect, but I have risen above. I educated myself online. When I couldn’t run, I walked. I rolled with the punches. I went without, I was patient, I took care of myself. I pushed and pushed. I did not stop. I couldn't stop. When you have nothing, you never settle for less.

If you’re struggling in life, do not quit. Do not ever give up. Pain and suffering are temporary. Take time to heal. Take time to grow. Develop resilience. Do not take your pain out on others. Maintain your honour and integrity. Stand tall. Lead the way and show others the light. You could inspire others and save someone’s life!

When I had nowhere to go, I turned to the gym. I taught myself how to be disciplined and trained like a dog every morning at 6 a.m. Relentlessly and consistently, I trained like my life depended on it. Afterwards, I studied fitness and nutrition like my life depended on it. I found something I could put my all into. I had finally found somewhere I could unleash the fire in me.

I decided to take it a step further and build this business to help other people. It's not just about me anymore.

We help people establish their fitness goals and fast-track them to their desired result. We have spent endless hours learning what works and have spent countless hours in the gym.

We also offer our own merchandise, including clothing, stickers, posters, and badges, and have launched four charity campaigns to support people who need a helping hand and a nudge in the right direction.
